To process a return, you must first obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact a member of our Customer Service team via WhatsApp link to request a RAN.
When calling, please provide the following information:
Once your return request is approved, the RAN must be clearly marked on the packaging of the returned product and is valid for 7 business days from the date of approval. Returned merchandise must be in the original packaging, in perfect condition, and in the same unit of measure as it was purchased.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Any surplus, shortage, or damage to the products must be reported immediately upon receipt of the order. Visible damages must be documented at the time of delivery, in the presence of the carrier.
